Biography

Over 30 years experience in higher education technology at the University at Buffalo with a current focus on leading the technology procurement and contracting team.  SaaS contracting expert negotiating into agreements a high level of state compliance, laws, and University policies.  Extensive experience developing successful teams that build strategic processes to increase efficiency and address root causes.  Dedicated to ensuring all students at UB and across SUNY have equal access to technology regardless of disability.
