Cheryl Koester currently manages the Clusters Technology Services team for Carnegie Mellon University's Computing Services. This team maintains the infrastructure for operating system and software deployment for the public computing labs and Andrew printing services.
Cheryl also has a AB in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College, is a graduate of the Educause Management Institute, and holds a GIAC Security Essentials certification.
