Biography
Cheryl Bielema is an Instructional Development Specialist at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she plays a significant role in faculty development, training and evaluation of technology-assisted teaching and learning. Recent projects include a federally-funded Distance Education Instructional Designer web based training program, collaborating with five other land-grant institutions; a campus longitudinal study of Blackboard use; and, implementation of an mid-semester course feedback online system. Cheryl completed her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she also earned a master's degree in Adult and Extension Education, in the College of Education.
