Biography

My career in IT in higher education spans over 30 years and three institutions.  I bring this, coupled with K-12 technology and public sector arts organization leadership experience, to my deputy CIO role.  I have benefitted from the opportunity to provide leadership and consultation services through my current university to other universities in need of short-term guidance and longer-term strategic vision.  I have recently served at my current organization in the role of Interim CIO.  Fostering leadership and strategic thinking is my key priority, and I have tailored my professional development journey to inlcude Organizational Change Management, Agile Leadership, Agile Project Management, and PMI Project Management.  I possess multiple certifications in leadership and project management and am honored to work with peers daily in the effort to bring educational opportunities to as many individuals as possible.  I have served on Educause committees and groups as follows:
