Biography

Since 2008, I have led instructional design and educational technology initiatives at various graduate schools, focusing on piloting experimental pedagogies and adopting eLearning. In 2022, I joined the Curriculum Development Team at the Center for Clinical and Translational Science, Mayo Clinic, as a Senior Education Specialist. My role involves collaborating with faculty and subject matter experts to assess and evaluate the educational needs of our students, workforce, and external learners. I am committed to creating online curricula integrating thoughtful learner-centered design and adult learning theory.
