Candace Chou
Biography
Dr. C. Candace Chou is a professor of Learning Technology at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. She has been designing and implementing online and blended learning for more than a decade. She teaches courses on instructional design for E-Learning, online teaching and evaluation, instructional design for leaders, AI Certificate for Educational Professionals program. Her main research interests include the design of online learning environments, strategies of blended learning, pedagogy of mobile learning, digital equity, pedagogical applications of emerging technologies, and AI in education. She has more than 40 publications in journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings.
