Candace Chou
Biography
Dr. C. Candace Chou is an associate professor of Learning Technology at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. She has been designing and implementing online and blended learning for more than a decade. She teaches courses on instructional design for E-Learning, online teaching and evaluation, web-based curriculum design for the E-Learning Certificate and Master of Arts in Technology for Learning, Development, and Change program. Her main research interests include design of distance learning environments, strategies of blended learning, pedagogy of mobile learning, and online interactions. She has more than 20 publications in journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings.EDUCAUSE Presentations
