Biography

Dr. Chikako Nagaoka is a Project Assistant Professor at the Research Center for Open Science and Data Platform (RCOS) at the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Tokyo, Japan. Her research focuses on educational technology, open educational resources (OER), and open badges. She has led projects on developing a repository to collect metadata of OER.Dr. Nagaoka earned her Ph.D. in Arts and Sciences.
