IT Manager of the UCLA Department of English. Work with open-source and proprietary software to develop and maintain web-based resources. Provide on-going software support and maintenance; IT analytics and usability, IT monitoring and reporting. Develop project proposal and plans; maintain IT documentation and work on new web technologies to enhance web services.
