Manager of Support and Services - UNH Academic Technology - Audiovuisual Services

The Audiovisual Services department at the University of New Hampshire proivdes emergency support, maintenience, and design/installation for over 230 classrooms, labs, and other teaching and learning spaces at the Durham, NH campus.  We operate our own AV-specific help-desk and process over 1100 incidents per year.  We provide poratable audiovisual equipment in spaces where no technology is installed, making over 1000 deliveries per year.  We also own, scheulde, support, and operate 3 "Hands-On" (computer-per-seat) classrooms for teaching and learning.

I manage and supervise 14.5 FTE who provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for audiovisual systems across campus.  We also provide support for deparment and college owned spaces under service level agreement.
