Biography

As ACIO, Chrissie leads the unification of technology groups and processes for the university. She plans, organizes, and effectively orchestrates technology to improve the efficiency of operations for Texas A&M University. She helps develop technology roadmaps to implement the overall IT strategic plan.  She acquired her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at California State University, Sacramento. She is currently obtaining an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and will be acquiring certification in Business Intelligence & Analytics, Cybersecurity Management. She has served as an Application developer, Network Engineer II, Operating System/Security Analyst, Project Manager, Senior IT Manager, and IT Director, and Assistant CIO.
