Chris King


Chris is a director in North Carolina State University's Office of Information Technology, where he oversees their Help Desk & Service Management group, which includes the Call Center, Tier 2 Support Center, and the ServiceNow development team. He's been at NC State for over 20 years as student, student worker, and full-time employee. He has published several papers on higher education IT, leadership, and managing change, and has presented at both the local and national level.
