Avaya public service team supporting Education accounts in Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Have been with Avaya for 26 years, and the last 5 have been with public service team. Have worked with many universities and colleges, such as UW, OUS/OHSU, Washington Community colleges. etc... Areas of Expertise are communications for HiED, and applications to enhance faculty and Administration safety, and productivity, connect students for emergency contact and enahanced cellular to University communication system for additional services and solutions to increase communication execution throughout the campus. The latest area along with cellular integfgration, whould be Communication enabling business Process to provide greater ehancements.
