Cindy Nahm
Biography
Cindy Nahm is Associate Director, Enrolment Services at the University of British Columbia. Cindy has a Masters in Educational Technology and is interested in fostering learning and through instructional design and educational technology. She is responsible for academic services that support the University community and develops strategies that anticipate and reflect the broad administrative needs of students, faculty members and administrative units. Cindy is an active participant and frequent presenter with several higher education organizations and has presented on topics including business process streamlining, degree audit and academic advising, the paperless office and best practices for transfer students.EDUCAUSE Presentations
