Biography

Claire is a senior consultant with Moran Technology Consulting. She specializes in organizational planning, design, operations, effectiveness, and strategy. Claire works with clients to ensure the development of tailored, context-based recommendations that are informed by peer and higher education best practices. Claire has led and supported a range of organizational assessment, design, and implementation engagements focused on consolidation and streamlining of resources.

With over a decade of experience, Claire has served in IT strategy and leadership roles at multiple institutions including Penn State; the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia; and Virginia Tech.
