Biography

As a senior consultant for the business intelligence team in Jisc’s data analytics directorate, I work primarily with digital experience insights service and Jisc online surveys.

We focus on supporting members and customers by providing data analytics and services which enrich the student experience and provide powerful business intelligence and analysis to providers from further and higher education.
 

Background

I’ve been lucky to have had a career in teaching in further and higher education and in leading and delivering several major national initiatives including programmes to develop the digital skills and capabilities of teaching staff, a professional training programme in coaching to improve professional practice, and supporting providers as they cope with major policy and funding changes.

I am passionate about supporting our members to get the best from the services we provide and believe we do this most effectively by working in partnership, listening to their experiences and sharing research and effective practice. This has been one of the underpinning values in my work across the sector and something I will continue at Jisc.
