Biography

Since 1993, I have developed, designed, taught, coordinated and managed distance, online and blended learning programs. I am currently Assistant Dean, Instructional Design and Technology with the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore. Previously, I led the team of instructional designers in the Center for Teaching and Learning at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, managed the online education business unit at the State University of New York at Delhi, developed and taught online German courses for Colorado Online Learning, and helped establish the Denver Public Schools Distance Learning Network.
