Biography

Cliff is co-founder and Managing Partner of DevelapMe, a real-time competency-based feedback and goals platform.  As Managing Partner, he is responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of the business.  

With a background in analytics and higher ed, Cliff formerly served as the Manager of Performance Analytics at the Fox School of Business, Temple University.  While at Fox, Cliff co-created RoadMap, a deconstructed, re-packaged report card that enables students to visualize their progress on competencies across courses in ways not possible through legacy Learning Management Systems.

Cliff coaches others to embrace the humanized mindset as a means to making data more relatable and, most importantly, actionable. Data is all around us; he believes it’s up to us to do something awesome with it.
