Colin Kelley
Biography
Colin Kelley has been working for Bates College since 2006, first as an audio engineer, then a media production specialist, and since 2014, the Manager of the Digital Media Studios. In his current role, Colin supports day to day operation of the DMS and works on media production and collaboration across the college - from the live broadcasting of commencement to in-class instruction on media production techniques. In addition to his work at Bates, Colin is the Technical Director for the Points North Documentary Film Forum, serves on the board of the Emerge Film Festival, and is an experienced freelance media producer and sound recordist with numerous regional and national credits including Fox News, CBS Radio and NPR. He has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Alfred University and is a graduate of the Maine Media Workshops’ Documentary Film School.EDUCAUSE Presentations
