Colleen Anderson
Biography
Colleen Anderson is the Head of Reference Services at Bryant University and the business and economics specialist. She received her MLIS from the University of Rhode Island in 1994 and her MBA from Bryant University in 2005. Ms. Anderson has been piloting a collaborative initiative for embedding library services into course management software (Blackboard). She is also interested in promoting and conducting reference services using chat software.EDUCAUSE Presentations
