Colleen Keenan is the Associate Manager of Multimedia Services at Amherst College. She has worked in IT at Amherst College for the past 9 years as the lead support for the campus public and academic computing spaces. Colleen has been the front line support for Amherst's Virtual Computing Lab. She works closely with the programmers and system administrators who have implemented the virtual environment. Colleen also manages over 500 Mac and Windows computers across the Amherst College campus.
