Colleen Nagy

Biography

Colleen Nagy leads Enterprise Systems and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team of the University Technology (UTech) division. Assists in developing vision and strategy for UTech and is responsible for prioritization, budgeting and resource planning for UTech operations in support of delivering world class IT solutions and services to the University community. The areas that fall under her purview are the university's network, unified communications, telephony, identity management, servers and storage, databases, and enterprise applications that support the business of the university, such as document management, data warehouse and the ERP suite: Financials, Grants, Human Capital Management, and Student Services. Colleen has over 33 years of experience in Information Technology with 30 years at higher education institutions classified as Extreme Research. She began her career in the Registrar's Office at Purdue University where she supported nine Student Services Offices with technology, including admissions, financial aid, and International Student Services. After a brief three-year hiatus in the corporate world, she returned to higher education as a programmer at Case Western Reserve University. Colleen holds a BS degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She holds a graduate certificate in Enterprise Architecture from Penn State, along with certifications in project management and facilitation. LCI Fellow 2014.
