Biography

Corina Larsen is the Data Documentation & Training Coordinator for IT at the University of Maine System. Her role includes the documentation of data elements, their definitions, usage, access, and storage, as well as training on data documentation and tools. Her documentation work and a marketing background has made her an excellent fit on the Data Governance Team which manages all aspects of communications, issue resolution development, resolution implementation, and stewardship. She serves on the Data Advisory Council of UMS Data Governance where she is leading the Race & Ethnicity workgroup, and is the Data Governance Communications Manager. Outside the UMS, she is a member of the Higher Education Data Governance (HEDGe) group. In addition to presentations within the UMS on Data Documentation, Project Tracking using Kanban, and Documentation Using Confluence, Corina has presented sessions and posters at NERCOMP 2020 and 2021, and NEAIR 2021.
