Court Sansom
Biography
Court Sansom began his career in higher education IT services at Texas A&M University in 1997. Since that time, he has supervised a large open access computing lab (600 workstations) and rebuilt the central help desk with an eye toward extensible service models. He now serves as the Help Desk Team Lead at the Texas A&M branch campus in Doha, Qatar.EDUCAUSE Presentations
