Craig Jackson

Biography

Craig Jackson, CSM, is the Director of Technology Infrastructure & Research Computing for Technology Solutions at Illinois State University (ISU). He is responsible for the foundational infrastructure services and research computing services at ISU. He is an experienced leader who places a strong focus on collaboration and relationship building to achieve results.

These responsibilities provide excellent opportunities to utilize his skills and knowledge to assess needs and align solutions that meet the technology infrastructure requirements of the 21,000 students and 4,000 faculty and staff at ISU. In addition to the infrastructure role, he is also involved in supporting researchers to assist with their innovative efforts, including, but not limited to high performance computing, AR/VR, AI, IoT, and Esports. He is a member of the Midwest Higher Education Compact (MHEC)’s Technology Committee, and the Sixty Six Games Expo (Bloomington-Normal Esports event).
