Biography
Craig Falon is in charge of desktop support at Hamline University. He is the director of Computer Support Services that consists of 7 full-time employees (and 25 student workers) aligned in a Tier I thruTier III stratification including the Help Desk. Computer Support Services is in charge of over 1,000 desktop computers. He is also in charge of the university's printing/copying initiative via Digital Imaging as well as the university's Facilities Management Center. Starting as a computer technician, he has been with Hamline Univesity for 11 years. Oddly enough, he has a bachelors degree in Social Work.
