Craig Higgins
Biography
Craig Higgins is currently the director of administration for the school of electrical and computer engineering (ECE) at Cornell University. This position directs the financial, adminstrative, human resource and facilties operations for the school. Craig has been in higher education administration at Cornell for 10 years in addition to a corporate career in human resource management. Craig has lead several projects focused on developing and improving information management systems and administrative processes. Craig holds a bachelors degree in psychology (SUNYA) and a masters degree in labor relations (Cornell University) as well as senior professional certification in human resource management (SPHR).EDUCAUSE Presentations
