Biography

Criss Laidlaw currently serves as the Director of Administrative Information Systems in the Office for Information Technology (OIT) at Williams College. Prior to joining Williams, he did IT work in the energy, insurance and publishing fields. He holds a B.A. in English from Carleton College in Northfield, MN. Criss also serves on the Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Board of Directors. HeÃ¢Â€Â™s presented at past HEUG national and regional conferences and at the NERCOMP conference.
