Biography

I am an innovation-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in education, technology, and digital transformation. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to creating impactful solutions that enhance learning experiences and promote social transformation. Currently serving as Head of Innovation at YDUQS/EnsineMe, one of the largest higher education groups in Brazil, I lead strategic initiatives that combine emerging technologies and pedagogical advancements to drive student success, reduce attrition, and foster lifelong learning.

My professional journey spans leadership roles in educational innovation, product development, and technology integration, where I have implemented initiatives such as socioemotional learning programs for higher education, digital transformation projects, and collaborative partnerships with startups, universities, and global organizations. My passion lies in leveraging design thinking, agile methodologies, and cutting-edge educational technologies to bridge gaps in access, equity, and quality in education.

I am particularly interested in collaborating with thought leaders and organizations in the EDUCAUSE community to explore new solutions for digital learning, AI in education, and strategies for scalable innovation. My mission is to create impactful, inclusive learning environments that prepare learners for the complexities of the future workforce while addressing societal challenges through education.
