Biography
Crystal Ramsay is Senior Director of Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) at Penn State. She leads a diverse team of innovative and creative professionals who work across Penn State's 20 undergraduate campuses to shape learning environments, learning experiences, learning resources, and learning analytics so that students can live up to their highest potential.
She advances the university’s strategic vision of providing students a world class education by leveraging TLT’s expertise and services in research and data-informed decision-making; instructional design and faculty support; modernized learning spaces; and creative learning initiatives.
She is also a member of the Learning Space Rating System (LSRS) version 3 core team.

An online project asks students and instructors to reflect on their thoughts and their interactions with others in order to build community, inclusion, motivation, and empathy.
