Cy Dillon
Biography
Cy Dillon is Director of the Library and College Computing at Hampden-Sydney College. A former editor of Virginia Libraries and Past President of the Virginia Library Association, he writes a column on open access publishing for College & Undergraduate Libraries. Dillon has a B.A. from Washington & Lee University and a M.A. and Ph.D. from Arizona State University. He has been a college library director since 1985.Membership with EDUCAUSE
