Biography

Cynthia Gautreau is an associate professor at CSU Fullerton. Her current research focuses on technology integration in higher education, faculty motivation factors, instructional design, and education technology. Her education background includes a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, Master of Education in Education Technology and Multimedia, a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. She is a veteran educator with over 25 years of experience in education at various levels. Cynthia effectively implemented classroom teaching strategies emphasizing technology integration throughout the curriculum. She instructed college level courses at Claremont Graduate University and Cal Poly Pomona. She serves as the Director for the Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology Program at CSU Fullerton. She is also the Director for the Center for Creativity and Critical Thinking that focuses on immersive technologies and professional development.
