Biography
Cynthia Russell is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Distributive Programs in the College of Nursing at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where she has significant information technology responsibilities within the college and the campus, as well as across the University. Recent projects include the campus-wide 2003 priorities for information technology in education, professional service, and research; the winter 2003 campus Showcasing Educational Excellence; and enhancing educational technology use. Cynthia received her PhD in Nursing from the University of Arizona and her Master of Science in Nursing with a Community Health/Adult Nurse Practitioner focus from West Virginia University.
