Overseeing academic program development, state policy compliance, and institutional reporting as the university's THECB liaison. Over two decades of higher education administration experience across three countries. Recipient of the UH Centennial Staff Innovation Award for designing a real-time proposal tracking workflow in partnership with the Education, Innovation, and Technology division. Doctoral candidate researching AI policy in higher education.
