Dan Sheehan


I have been at Bentley for 20 years.  The first 8 years were as Registrar and the last 12 as the Director of Client Services.  As Director, I manage a group that handles our call center, our field support, account management and IT Service Management.  In addition, my group handles the procurement, setup and maintenance of all public computers on campus as well as the computers distributed to Faculty and Staff.

My work continually focuses on aligning our service to the current needs of our users which includes students, faculty, staff, alumni and vendors.
