Dan Marini

Biography

Dan has been the ResNet Manager at Northeastern University for 7 years. His management staff includes a full time supervisor and senior technician, as well as 3 graduate assistants and 30 part time student staff. The ResNet office provides software support and hardware repair services for 20,000 students and the preparation and management of the IS Customer Services component of Northeastern's annual move in plan. Dan's team will be opening a retail store front in April. Dan's prior IT background includes 7 years with Getronics Corporation in establishment and management of Eastern Region help desks supporting Verizon Communications, All State Insurance Company and McDonalds Corporation.
