Biography

Darcy is a Practice Director with the Operational Strategic Initiatives (OSI) team at UC San Diego. He enjoys building positive people-focused experiences, working with a variety of teams and programs in the development of unique opportunities and solutions that move our organizations forward. He has several years of experience in higher education, information technology, team and program development, strategic planning and analysis, change management, and process improvement.

Prior to joining OSI, Darcy worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Human Capital Consultant, as well as American University serving as an Associate Director in Student Center Operations. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Development & Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and is certified in Change Management and Lean Six Sigma.
