Biography

Lacey has been working in the technology sector, as a developer, attorney, consultant and executive for fifteen years. His primary interest areas include security, privacy, national security, intelligence and intellectual property. Lacey was the first executive director of the Johns Hopkins University Information Security Institute, a National Security Agency Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance. Lacey holds a bachelors degree from Baylor University and a law degree from Harvard University.
