Biography

Darrin Jones is currently a Quality Matters Coordinator and Program Coordinator in the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at Iowa State University. Recently, he designed and delivered a workshop series that focused on the best practices in online course design that was based on the eight general QM standards. He previously worked with QM at the University of Northern Iowa and Cloud County Community College. Before becoming an instructional designer, Darrin taught ESL and lived in South Korea, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand.
