Biography

Daryl Plummer is Distinguished VP and Gartner Fellow. He holds the role of Chief of Research for Cloud Computing, Digital Disruption, General Managers and AR teams. In this role, Daryl is responsible for the structure of content and advice that cross from technology and service providers to end users and CIOs. He was the founder and lead for the Gartner Fellows program, Gartner’s initiative for managing maverick research. Mr. Plummer has been with Gartner for 24 years of the 40 plus years he has spent in technology, formerly as a Data Center Director, and now as business and technology advisor.
