As part of the Knowledge Management group of the Division of Information Technology,
David Arnold is an IT Service Center (FootPrints) administrator, as well as the webmaster
for the University of Maryland Help Desk website, both of which provide technical support
and information for the flagship campus of the University of Maryland system. He manages
FootPrints agents, teams, and workspace configuration, maintains connectivity between the
web and FootPrints, the HelpDesk problem tracking system and knowledge base, and
monitoring tools. David received his BS degree from the University of Maryland.
