D. Benjamin Hellar, Ph.D. is the Manager of Data Empowered Learning for Penn State Information Technology, a data science and learning analytics team that supports the institution’s student success initiatives and data strategy.
Dr. Hellar is also an Affiliate Faculty member in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State teaching first year students how to program.
