Biography

David Williams is Associate Vice President for Information Technology and Professor of Music in the College of Fine Arts at Illinois State University. In the 1980s he established ORAT to promote the use of computer-based technologies in the arts and arts education. He is co-author of the textbook "Experiencing Music Technology" (2nd Edition), published by Schirmer Books.
