Biography
David Ross is the Director of the Application & Information Management department for California Polytechnic State University. His department is responsible for the university’s enterprise Web portal (uPortal framework), data warehouse, middleware infrastructure and administration of central university systems including the campus’ messaging and on-line calendaring systems. His group has been instrumental in supporting a number of central California State University initiatives including a current National Science Foundation sponsored Secure Identity Management Infrastructure project. He received his baccalaureate degree in mathematics/computer science from Pepperdine University in 1990 and his masters in computer science in 1998 from California State University, Sacramento.
