David Fleischmann Esq has a wide range of professional expertise that includes real estate development and leasing, as well as property law. He was born on April 11, 1965 in Queens, New York. After earning his law degree, Fleischmann established his own law firm. He then obtained additional experience and established his own firm. Fleischmann Esq is particularly interested in land use and zoning laws and procedures. He also is an attorney with expertise in real estate development and leasing. As an attorney, he has assisted investors and developers in the purchase and development of land. Fleischmann's experience began way back in 1992 when he became legal counsel for a real estate brokerage.
