David is director of TechZone and Student Tech at Illinois State providing computer purchasing, retail operations, ResNet, & software/vendor management services to the University. He also works in Communication and Marketing IT services to the campus. He was one of the leaders in the nationally recognized Digital Citizen Project which combined University and corporate interests in taking a proactive, research-based approach to illegal P2P file sharing. He was a 2006 national Frye Fellow & has received multiple Illinois State University leadership awards.
