David Gregory

Biography

David Gregory is the Vice President for Technology Resources at Berklee College of Music where he oversees all the major technology functions that support the academic and administrative areas of the college. Prior to Berklee, David was the CIO at Smith College for 5 years and Colgate University for 9 years. David also spent 13 years in high-tech industry where his company, Media Station, designed dozens of CD-ROM educational and entertainment products for Disney, Hasbro, Mattel, and others. David was a Professor of Computer Arts at the University of Michigan and a faculty member at Arizona State University and Colorado College. Having completed a master's degree in music composition from the University of Michigan, David's early career was spent as a composer/pianist in New York, where he wrote music for the Alwin Nikolais Dance Theater, the Murray Louis Dance Company and was a staff pianist at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center.
