He holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a certification from Human Synergistics for the completion of its accreditation program in Organizational Culture Inventory and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory. He is also a certified cultural transformation tools consultant and has earned associate certified coach accreditation from the International Coach Federation.
