David Ibrahim
Biography
Dr. Ibrahim is Director of the Office of Preparedness and Response at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where he leads the planning and implementation of the day-to-day operations related to business continuity, emergency preparedness, disaster readiness, and risk management analysis for the campus and the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System. In addition, Dr. Ibrahim serves as the Director of the Emergency Management and Continuity Planning Certificate Program, at the UIC School of Public Health, where he also holds a Clinical Assistant Professor appointment.EDUCAUSE Presentations
