Biography
Dave Loewi is Principal and CIO at Brainy Consultants, a Denver firm he founded with colleagues from the Colorado Department of Revenue, where he was CIO. Previously, he was Director of Computing Services/CIO at the University of Minnesota, Morris, and held positions on IT at Portland State University, the University of Portland and and in a St. Louis area K-12 school district. Dave is completing an M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State to go with his M.S. in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas and his B.A. in Fine Arts from Harvard.
