Biography

Dave McArthur is a consultant who has worked with many educational technology organizations. Most recently he collaborated with Eduworks on the development of open-source tools for competency and skills management. In the past he worked for RAND, National Science Foundation and the Univerity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
